If you're a coffee junkie like me, but you still want to keep your teeth pearly white -- I'll let you in on a secret! I've been using Crest White Strips Premium Plus every other year. You put the strips on your teeth eveyday for 30 minutes (until the strips are used up), and everybody will start noticing your whiter teeth after only 3 days! It's not yet available locally though, so if you have friends or family in the States, tell them to bring home a box or two for you as pasalubong the next time you come for a visit - this product is magic!
Crest White Strips Premium Plus is avaialble at Walgreens.com for about $39.99 per box... and sometimes it goes on sale for as low as $30 or an equivalent of about P1,500. Pretty cheap when you compare it to having your teeth profesionally whitened at a clinic for a steep P15,000-20,000!
