Weird Celeb Diet Tricks That Work!


I've been trying (in vain) to shed the excess poundage I put on over the holidays, and though summer is just around the corner, I still haven't been able to do so!
For those of you in the same predicament, here's a compilation of celeb diet tips and tricks that sound easy enough. (I love food, and I love dining out, so I can never really stay on just one strict diet!)
Let me know if you have any of your own effective diet tricks!
* Victoria Beckham (left) eats lots and lots of prawns, because they fill you up with very little calories, and they are pure protein. (SOURCE: Louise Adams, Victoria's sister, as reported by COMPANY Magazine)
* Sophie Dahl slimmed down from a size 12 to a size 6 by sipping green tea, which speeds up metabolism. Drinking 5 cups of green can let you burn an additional 80 pounds daily. (SOURCE: COMPANY Magazine)
* Hilary Swank eats five meals a day, consisting of chicken, fish, and velegetables, and stays away from processed foods. (SOURCE: handbag.com)
* This one is really weird... "Every mealtime, Christina Aguilera eats four food items: one crunchy, one soft, one hot and one cold. As if that wasn't enough to contend with she also has to eat foods of contrasting colours." (SOURCE: handbag.com)
* "Supermodel Gisele Bundchen eats lots of chilli to stay slim. She believes that it helps speed up digestion by increasing the heart rate, which temporarily raises the metabolism." (SOURCE: handbag.com)
* I also read somwehere that Heidi Klum fills up on egg whites -- they curb her hunger and fill her up with good ol' protein with very little calories and fat. Just don't forget to take out the yolks first, like Heidi does!

i've tried the egg white thing... it works! i just ask our yaya to boil lots of eggs, and i eat just the egg whites. i eat as many as i want! my most effective diet --i had oatmeal for breakfast, salad for lunch, and chicken or fish with veggies for dinner, tapos whenever i get hungry in between meals, egg white! it reallt works, but you'll get sick of eggs after awhile.

i bought green tea supplements at the health store... it's supposed to speed up metabolism without any side effects!

i read somewhere that eating just one or 2 kinds of food will help you lose weight. the logic behind it is your body will get used to the kind of food you're eating and digest it faster. my friend tried this diet, eating just ice cream for 1 week (with lots of water) and i swear, i noticed a change! i guess this would work even better with just fruits or vegetables or ? but i dont know anyone who's tried it out yet.
