I've been trying (in vain) to shed the excess poundage I put on over the holidays, and though summer is just around the corner, I still haven't been able to do so!
For those of you in the same predicament, here's a compilation of celeb diet tips and tricks that sound easy enough. (I love food, and I love dining out, so I can never really stay on just one strict diet!)

* I also read somwehere that Heidi Klum fills up on egg whites -- they curb her hunger and fill her up with good ol' protein with very little calories and fat. Just don't forget to take out the yolks first, like Heidi does!
